Details:

In preparation for the 12 hour next weekend, I'm going out to yellowmundee to do a few laps to get re-familiarised with the circuit.
The general idea is to do a couple of laps at at a steady pace (like 70% of race pace), perhaps pause and look at lines and re-do a few corners / techie bits and get the general feel. It might involve a few spurts upping the pace now and again as we get into the flow, but generally steady.
Then turn up the dial a bit for another couple of laps and get into the flow. We'll have a chance to dial-in suspension and tyre presure between laps if needed. I intend to be out there for around 3 hours, so if anyone wants to come along and join in they are welcome.

Had an excellent ride with Carl Groover and his mate Craig today in perfect weather and excellent track conditions.

Few comments on the track, and some planning notes for the weekend here: http://nobmob.com/comment/reply/8841

You saved me from a road ride today, and fixed my bike! We rode every bit of track there I think, and despite a lot of others getting in some practice for next week, not one of them passed these Masters Smiling
It was a top day and the track was in top shape, I wouldn't be dead for quids.

GPS trace on Google earth shows we covered a lot of the tracks alright!
