This Fire Trail runs parallel to the Nepean River from Emu Heights to Yellomundee Regional Park. The trail has some very steep hills. You may have to suck up your pride for some hills and Hike-a-Bike.
At the Hawkesbury Heights/Yarramundi end you have the sweet single track of Yellomundee Regional Park, Home of the Western Sydney Mountain Bike Club (WSMTB)
At the other end you have the steep hills of Emu Heights/Mt Riverview.
This trail is not all that fun on its own but is better when linked together with other trails in the lower mountains to create some all day epics!
