Re: This ride meeting:
Lake Parramatta

Great riding, nice to meet some new faces. I think we all left a bit of claret on course today - thanks Naz for playing guide-I hope you heal up quickly. Great little ride with some techy bits to keep you on your toes, but the deal sealer is the coffee and banana bread (or gigantic burger) at the end.
See you guys next time

definatetly a fun ride and one I would want to do more often, just the right amount of tech and plenty of single track, thanks to everyone who attended and Naz for leading (if you could keep up with him)for a really fun day.

Thanks guys, great ride, enjoyed showing you one of my favourite tracks and glad you enjoyed it. Only wished I'd spent 100% of my time ON the track and not hitting the track! Last fall on second lap was the clincher however. End result, got home and as predicted my wife gave me some pampering took one look at my injuries and we were straight off to Mona Vale Hospital. Lucky me got the trainee doctor who looked about 15 and SOOOOOOOO nervous that when he stitched up my arm his hand shook uncontrollably - thought he was going to pass out! The real doctor made a joke to him " make sure you don't stitch your own fingers" and also said "he's going back to modeling after this!". So my hand was swollen like a balloon and a few stitches in the arm but all a lot better this morning - no broken bones. I'll survive.
