Looks like I am paying a visit out at Lawson tomorrow arvo and would like to check out the Lawson's Ridge trails.

Any one got some tips and directions for this neck of the woods? Evil

Planning to start at Queens road and hit straight out to the north and follow the fire road.

Cheers

There is single galore out there, some of our best, you are heading in a different direction going down queens, i think you would need a guide, not sure if i am at liberty to publish where it starts, but it is certainly hard to find, but once there it is awesome, anybody out here who can help???

Yeah there are the Lazo trails the others are eluding to, but on the north side there is the fire trail heading off from Queens Rd. Its pretty straight forward to find. Just park when you get to dirt and ride following your nose down the most obvious fire trail. Take the side track up the hill to the Trig point near the beginnning too.

Its basically an undulating fire trail that last time I was there is narrowing down and is a pretty good ride for a fire trail. You end up on some rocks without a distinct endpoint, but all in all some interesting bush and vibe.

The Fat Hippy does a pretty good description of it and worth looking at on Google Earth to spot some sidetracks.

If you are looking for the other trails well you will need a gpx or a guide.
