Blades_Utd Happy with 7th I decided that I would join an MTB Club and do some short xc riding this year. I'd joined WSMTB last week and signed up to ride the 2nd round of the CamelBak 4 hour as my opening race, this was a bit of a learning expereince as this was my first...
Ian_A WSMTB 4hr round #2 Round 2 of the WSMTB 4hr summer series was gearing up to be a good one with probably 3-4x more riders than the 1st round. Last round I went out too hard and suffered towards the end. The plan for this race was to get a good start then ease off...

Were you there and have a story to tell?

Is the track marked enough to follow the loop. I thought I'd head out there this weekend.

Hi Brian, the track won't be marked out until Sat 19th and checked on early 20th. NPWS regs mean we have to leave the site clean. If we mark it any earlier we find that tape/signs/etc dissappear in any case.

However, if you email me on xc @ wsmtb.com, I will send you a map which will help out.

Thanks Ray. I've sent you an email.

Looks like we may get a few showers on Saturday, which will firm up the track nicely for Sunday - and it won't be too hot!

Please don't forget to register online - save yourself some time and money.
