Full Description:

Western Sydney Regional Park is Located in Abbottsbury(Next to the M7) and is a part of the Western Sydney Parklands. There is almost nil technical riding here but if you like to get your heart pumping with hill climbs then this is a good place, there is also some good fast flowing sections.

Lizard Log is the Ideal location to bring your family and kids. There is a kilometre long cycle path that circles the hill and just on the other side of the hill is some very easy off road cycling suitable for almost any kid who can peddle and links up with the Dairy picnic Area. The best part of Lizard log would be the flying foxes, even I had a go on these.

The Dairy is a small picnic area and located up against the main cycle path. A short ride will get you climbing in no time.

Moonrise Lookout is just a car park and as the name suggests, you are at the top of the hill. Its all down hill from here with several directions to choose from. About 100m back up Border Rd is Sugerloaf Ridge Picnic ground, This is the quietest of all the picnic grounds and home of the most redundant giant set of stairs I have ever seen. Watch your speed.
