Rydal dig day
The main rd in has been dusty as all get up so in an effort to keep on the good side of the locals it might be best to come in via the showground.
From the highway come into Rydal, cross the train tracks and take a left before the Pub (Showground signposted.)
Go around the top side of the show ground and follow the road around to the left. This will take you around towards the top side of the cemetery. from there a couple of cross rd will bring you back tot he bicentennial trail and thus the car park
After the Race at Clints and a meeting/lunch at the servo we're planning on heading over to rydal to do a bit more trail work. Should be there at around 1pm.
What we do depends on who and how many show up.
Would like to get the diggs, um, err, dug and rake the trail line up dig deep hill.

BMCC Community Consultation Meeting - Knapsack Reserve.
Soccer Clubhouse
Knapsack Park (cnr Levy & Barnett Sts Glenbrook)
This is the Community Consultation stage of the Knapsack DH project.
It will be held at the soccer clubhouse where council staff will present the details of the proposal and the REF such that any of the community attending can get relevent details. After this stage will be a walk of the new DH trail alignment so that any issues that may be raised by stakeholders can be seen an discussed on the ground.
All in all this should be really interesting and a good opportunity to explain areas of the project as well as see any problems that may be perceived in the community.

All this wind has dropped a heap of trees, branches, debris and stuff blocking the trail.
Richard spent 6hrs out there cleaning up the short track up on his own last weekend so it would be good to get some more bodies out there this weekend to finish cleaning up the back section.
Bring the usual trail tools, bush saws and bikes for a lap or two after we finish.

Clean Up Australi Day- Yellomundee
There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
OK, here are the links the Clean Up Australia Day page Xuela has started, and the location page.
And down the bottom is her email address if you need to contact her. I think Beth may be working on the day at Glenbrook, but the girls and I shall be there.
