Hi All,

I am looking for 2nd hand 100mm travel fork to suit 2010 Giant XTC (alloy, 26er). I have just snapped the current fork outer leg assembly and it is not worth the effort / cost to replace it.

The existing fork was an entry level RST Tapered with 80mm travel. (read pretty crappy). Steerer tube diameter is 28.6 (1 1/8 inch) tapering to crown race seat diameter of 33mm (1 1/4 inch). Current Steerer tube length is 208mm and as there is only one spacer used i don't really think i can go too much shorter.

I am not really fussy on the brand / model of the fork so much as the condition and price. I would prefer something that was good / great in the day but was replaced due to personal preference and has been gathering dust.

I am trying to avoid removing the current headset (Zero stack) as i don't have the tools and while i think i could make the change, given the bike is my backup bike and have just invested in a new anthem, i don't think my better half will approve of the spending (buying the tools to do it or paying the LBS). I am hoping by providing the details i can get a close match.

Thanks,
Dave
