Hey guys,

Has anyone of you been to Mt Annan Botanical Gardens lately? There is a new trail in there and I heard good things about it. Would anyone be up for a few laps maybe on the 11th of July?

I will put it into the calendar...

Cheers
Andrei

Only open to a select few at the mo
Doesn't open to the public until August

Sounds great. Can't wait
i think there's an entry fee, but not sure how it works

Damn those select few. Sad

They only get to do the hard work
Or ride it in

We get to enjoy the fruits of their labour

I'm looking forward to this because the gardens themselves are a nice family outing. This way they can stroll the gardens and I can go for a ride and my daughter can do a bit of both.

Really looking forward to trying it out... the surroundings will give the ride a completely different feel as well to what we are all used to in Sydney in the typical type of bush.

A mate has a video link on his facebook. Fairfield City Farm has re-opened the mountain bike track there too. These would be good for those after work on the way home times if they open late on weekdays. A couple of laps instead of getting run over by drivers eager to get home.

From what I heard on the grapevine (ppl who have ridden it), the trails is kick ass. Lots of little jumps, pumps and berms, and not too many climbs. Maybe when we do end up going down there we can make it a bit of a family bbq thing (like mentioned on rotorburn) and Todd can bring some of that vine he was talking about.

Sticking out tongue

Should be nice when it's done. Anyone keen for a hit out when it's open?

I'm keen
We could have a Global Riders day out

with beginners, intermediate and advanced trails
There's something for everyone
