With helium in the frame, the bike would float it would be so light
weight of air inside the frame = 4/5th of freak all
Weight saved by replacing that with helium = half a gnats pubic hair and certainly not worth the extra weight the air valve adds let alone sealing the frame
It's mass you are interested in. Physics people, physics.
