Ride Database Entry:
Lidsdale State Forest
Meeting Point:

From Lithgow head on the Western Highway toward Bathurst. After 10-11Km you will head uphill and see thick pine forest to the right. It's dual carriageway here, and there's a right turn across the other lane into Forest Ridge Drive (signposted and a sealed road). About 50m on the left there's a turning where you can park in the shade. There's also an old concrete section of the highway just past there with masses of parking.

Details:

Live Well Lithgow is a joint initiative between Sydney West Health and Lithgow City council to promote healthy living to our residents.

We're happy to be pitching in with weekly Tuesday night races at our Lidsdale state forest venue.

All riders are welcome. Entries cost $5 + license fees (day licenses are available for $15)

Lights are essential and we recommend at least a 5w halogen equivalent.

Laps consist of 3 to 5km loops and we will try and use a few different loops throughout the series and riders have the option of completing 1 to 6 laps
Off road riding experience is handy but as long as you are confident enough to try the narrow trails and occassionaly rough surface you'll be fine.

Rego will open at 6pm and all riders are asked to register as early as possible especially those new to club racing or needing day licenses.

Racing starts at 6.30pm

Hey if anyone is going out early any chance of taking out a pair of snips and trimming back the blackberry bush on the right hand side in the dip on the back fire rd?

Even if some one ducks around while we're doing rego
