Wonder what you got from Santa?
I think helmet mount is much smoother than bars though, certainly for off road stuff..
With the lefty you shouldn't even notice the difference
Gotta go back this week.
But not bad for a $100 camera, eh? - 720p.
Agree re: helmet cam - much smoother. The downside is that it doesn't show much of what's going on underneath you. I'm thinking Chest Cam is a better compromise, like this:

Helmet or shoulder cam is better but which ever way its always heaps better footage with a rider in front.
What about other limbs? Anything to absorb the shocks.
LOL!
Can't you stay on the boards near the top there?
You know - where the power company ripped the bush out on the left hander and then swore they would put it back (the bush)... of course they never did and now everyone cuts that corner
If you're talking the soggy bit a couple of feet long where I went to the left of the stump before getting on the boards going into 19th Hole, yes I normally stay right but for some reason went left. My concentration was a bit shite that day - I had stupid stumble on a root the lap before and stalled twice on that short rocky pinch at the start of the Southern Cross Way section.
Shows I need to ride the Dam a bit more often... the tech skills are starting to go away from lack of practice. You'll hear me telling myself off for sloppy bike control about halfway through the vid.
