I remember how hard it was to get my two halves of a square to round transition to match up in my boiler making trade. Interesting to note he used a friction saw for one cut and a cold saw for another. I'm guessing for effect my than anything else.

I'd be interested to know how many hours were required to build the frame from scratch.

Steel frame would be pretty strong but pretty heavy too I imagine. None the less, good looking end product and good sound track

That is an absolutely awesome video! Wouldn't you just want the frame raw before powder coating, it looks so good without the paint!
