New Wheel Set Required

Hi all, I'm looking at getting a new wheel set for my Merida OneTwenty as it uses shimano centre lock hubs and I really don't like my brakes and want to get some Avids and 6 bolt config.
I've been looking on the CRC site but not really sure what I want. I'm hovering around the 90kg mark, I don't do big drops but i do like to tackle rocky stuff so need something strong but not too heavy.
I've spotted the DT SWISS E2200 MTB Wheelset on Torpedo7. What do you think of these? I need QR front and rear

Thanks for any help

I'm about 85-87kg and don't even have anything that heavy duty for light freeride duties. I run DT swiss 5.1D rims and Hope P2 hubs. Wheelset comes in at 1900ish grams.
If the wheels are built well you can use a much lighter wheel and retain more than enough strength than you will need.
Some Mavic 719 based wheels would be great. Light, strong as hell and combined with some say Hope pro2 hubs they'll be bullet proof and you'll be able to adapt them to any bike mounting combo.
DT Swiss M480 based wheels might be a good option too.
Also look at Crossmark ST wheel set, Really good AM wheelset.
Look around for some second hand rims too, You can pick up some real bargains, get them checked out and enjoy.
... for half the price: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/dt-swiss-e2200-mtb-wheel... There are no skewers, rotors, bolts etc, so you need to factor all these costs in too.
Reviews seem fairly good as long as you're not expecting a super light set of wheels. I think anything has to be an upgrade of my Sun Ringles...
Be warned they look pretty, ermm.. red: http://www.pinkbike.com/news/dt-swiss-E2200-revi...

I ended up going with a Custom Build from CRC, Hope Pro 2 Hubs in Red, Stans ZTR Flow rims in White, Black DT Swiss Spokes, came out looking sweet with the new White Avid Elixir CR Brakes and Red Mounts
