Looking around for places to ride this weekend and the weather page shows very little rainfall out that way, yet no one seems to be organizing a ride out here. I've never ridden there before and know very little about it, so i was just wondering if there is any local knowledge that is putting people off? If it is open would anyone be keen to come out and show me around, or if your new to it yourself just come along and we can wing it.

Riding there Fri night.
Stopped in Yesterday to check the condition on my way home from work. Bikes in the car park were clean as - blokes riding said it was dry and tacky with just the usual puddles. Bit suprising considering I'm just up the hill and I've had a fair bit of rain.
My recommendation is to head as far south as you can first - taking in the top techy stuff, then as far north as you can - taking in the smoother flowy stuff, then back to the middle and do it again.

Hi all,

Just to let you know that the NSW All Schools XC Championship is at YRP this weekend. There is a Skills Arvo being held on Sat PM - but that won't entails a great number of riders, so it should not effect other riders.

However, on Sunday we will have over 200 riders in a 4 Hour race from 10am to 2pm - with practice beforehand. I suggest this will heavily impact on any other casual riders.

regards,
Ray Rice
