Lock The Gate Alliance- Rally against coal seam gas mining in the Blue Mountains, Sunday 16th October, 2011.
I know a lot of BMORCers and others will be hitting up the Kanagra Classic on Sunday 16th October, but if some aren't, or there are lurkers who are looking for something to do, this is a worthy rally.

I'm not 100% up on coal seam gas mining but have a back ground in the industry (Mainly because it's not done around here). Considering the western region coal fields (Katoomba, Lithgow, Ulan seams) generally produce little to no gas is this a real concern or just scare mongering?
