Hello everyone,

I have a question in mind, I wanted to change the tire of my wheel set(559x19) from 26x2.1 to 26x2.35.
Will a tire size 26x2.35 fit with a wheel-set(559x19)?

thanks and hope someone help me.

You also need to be sure there will be frame clearance at the chain/seat stays. Most forks I have experience with seem to have clearance for a 2.5" tyre.

A 2.35" on a 19 mm rim will sit quite tall as the bag of the tyre will be pinched in at the beads. Some tyres will also have a narrower overall width on a narrow bed rim, however I'd be looking for at least 1/4" either side, and above the tyre to allow for mud clearing without abrading your frame.

2.35 on a 19mm internal width is fine. About the max though.

depends on the riding really, the baggier the tyre gets on a narrower the rim, the more likely you are to get a pinch flat if you're running tubes.
