Hi everyone, i've got a few maintenance related questions. I've taken the rear cassette off and i've noticed that theres markings on the hub, im sure its normal but i wasn't sure so i took a few photos.
Im also trying to take my sram crankset off and im not sure how to do it. I noticed theres a hex screw witch im assuming it is but theres also 4 pin holes which i suspect might also be related.

You do not have to do anything with the little four holes those are from the cap because those cranks are self- extracting so you just need a 8mm allen key and undo the bolt like when you are opening a jam jar ( the big bolt is going to be inside the crank that is normal ) Then you will see that the crank is coming out.
Looks like you have a cheapo SRAM cassette like a 950, where the cogs are separated by plastic spacers instead of mounted to an alloy spider. I had the same disaster going on with the cogs chewing the splines to death on the Sun Dirty Flea rear hub on the wheels that came with my Rize.
When I looked at the SRAM 9-speed cassette options when I was moving that gruppo over to Josh's bike I was a bit disappointed. Nothign really in their range that was going to not do that unless I went to the X0 level - a bit expensive for general trail riding.
My suggestion would be to chuck the cassette and get something decent like an XT cassette in 9 or 10 speed where all bar the smallest 2 or 3 are mounted on spiders.
Free hub is the stock roval one and yeah probably is a bit dodge, looks like soft aluminum. As for the stock cassette its not a cheapo sram one but a less cheapo slx one - still stock. Slx isn't bad stuff thou. And the cassette is split into 2 spiders along with the two free top gears.

I don't think if i chuck my cassette it will solve the problem..or will it due to the free hub?

Yep, I've been running the same (in 9-speed) on my Mavic wheels no problem, but they have hardened steel freehub bodies and don't get a mark on them.
The alloy body on the Sun hub seems like it's made from cheese, so I've got no choice but to put top-end cassettes on it, or they'll just chew right through with time. Looks like that hub of yours is the same.
Maybe an XT cassette? They're not that much more $$, but have all bar the last couple of cogs on spiders and the splines on those have a wider base.
Free hub is fine just file the burrs off. As other had said just use the inhex/allan key to get the crank off. it might be fairly tight.
The little grooves appearing on your free hub are normal. The cassette will catch so you need to get a light sandpaper to smooth the sharp edges then your cassette will slide on and off no problems. It usually occurs on the top end light weight gear but nothing to be concerned about.
