Do you do any lunch rides at your work place? Imagine...

Hans thanks for post this. How I'd love to work for a place that calls it at lunch time and say's get out ride and I'll see you back later!!

a single lap of Manly Dam is pretty much my lunch time ride(when the trail is not wet), clearly my highlight of my working day.

Old school chum of mine just got a job there as well.

When working in Lane Cove West business park used to do Lane Cove NP and stack work hours to give a two hour lunch break.

Also used to kayak the river down to Burns Bay road bridge as well, stored the kayak in a cupboard at work and walked to the water.

Working in Crows Nest with the kayak on my racks gave me a good lunch time paddle from Berry Island Reserve at the end of Shirley Road.

Beats exercising in the dark in winter, just stay or start an our later at work.

Got some odd responses from work mates at times, but who cares.

Be creative. Enjoy.
