How about the track work at Bluegum, then do some laps ready for next weekends clubby. It's a fun challenging track on the SS.

Some good options there. I've never rode Oaks up and Back. I've been putting it off for when I'm fitter. It would be a very slow and long ride for me.

Stephen, do you attempt Beez Nest on the SS? I would struggle on the full geared dually I reckon. I have only ever gone up it twice and both times walking(once was a bush walk). I would imagine quite alot of spinning on the fire trails with my 20t.

I think Stephen means the private Bluegum XC track in Springwood where the next club round is.
I'm heading down to Wingello for the three ring circus;

Should be a bit of fun - Wingello is pretty forgiving over 50km if you just cruise, although I've only ridden there once so far.
Anywhere you ride will be fun...............

Ah, I believe the track work at Blue Gum Lodge was last week. The WSMTB has a facebook post stating a track work success and there are lots of photos of the new yellow plastic brick road.

oops your right the track work was last week.

JP has made it up bees nest on his Single Speed. I will take mine next time I go and have a shot.

I love the 3 ring Circus, I am disappointed I can't do it this year.

Enjoy whatever you end up doing!
