Rock work

Berms and jumps were by first constructed a rock retaining wall, sometimes supported with timber. Dirt is then piled on the inside to construct the trail tread.
This saves having dirt eroding on the backside of the berm and also minimises the ammount of dirt needed to be excavated for berm
