Just received an email informing me that they are going start building a downhill track at Knapsack.

Blue Mountains City Council would like you to know that construction of the Knapsack Park Downhill Bike Track is due to commence on Wednesday 7th March 2013.
The final designs and further information on this project is available to view at Knapsack Park Downhill Bike Track.
Please note that the community consultation on this project concluded in August 2011. This project update is for information purposes only.

Awesome news. This is also making the old day trip route more appealing again.
Oaks, St Helena's, Knapsack and DH to car at Emu Plains station.
