Council is conducting a review of the Bushcare, Landcare, Streamwatch, Trackcare and Bush Backyards community conservation programs.

We can be viewed as Trackcare.

In this document

they discuss the two different models mentioned in the survey that is on the above page.

So this would be a great way to provide some feedback to council.

Volunteer maintenance days with out supervision to remove cost to tax payers also allows for increased sustainability and better for the environment.
