I saw this in Melbourne when I was down there last week, thought it was an interesting idea.

The earliest known reference to a vending machine is in the work of Hero of Alexandria, a first-century engineer and mathematician. His machine accepted a coin and then dispensed holy water. When the coin was deposited, it fell upon a pan attached to a lever. The lever opened a valve which let some water flow out. The pan continued to tilt with the weight of the coin until it fell off, at which point a counterweight snapped the lever up and turned off the valve.
Someone who does a "Homer Simpson" & gets their arms caught in it trying to pinch stuff!!! lol
Very interesting idea indeed, in a perfect world.
Sadly, I can imagine how long it would last at the Dell car park (Assuming there was power to run it)
Its missing , cappuccino and banana bread
There is one at my work in the cycling area, along with free towls, ironing board, drier, waterfountain, stand and work tools and compressor. Well lite and secure with really nice changerooms, I'm guessing its probably the nicest cycling facility in Perth. Cappuccino, bannana bread and Rawesome (Paleo treats) are upstairs.
Hey Scratchy sounds like you guys get well looked after there, which building is that in?
Hey Scratchy, I'm in the same building, but I've never seen the paleo treats. Who is selling them, the cafe in the foyer? I usually talk a wander across to Country Road Cafe to go and get my Rawesome fix sorted out.
