watched the replay this morning. So Nino is human after all... awesome race between him and Absalon.
Also the first time I've seen Absalon race on a full suspension bike.
Apparently it was his first time ever racing on one.

Rat Boy had ankle/foot surgery 4hrs after his crash. He was on a good run before overshooting that jump

Sam Hill was flying until he went OTB. I don't normally watch the DH races but this one was exceptionally exciting
Looks pretty nasty. Hopefully no long term effects and he gets back on the bike for next season in time to be competitive
*all* the metatarsals in his foot broke from that photo. Ouch.
