Rear derailleur identification

My rear der is getting ready for replacement but I'm not sure how to identify the exact model I need.

The current der has RD M780 stamped on it but when I go on the Shimano website there are various other letters/models available.

I run a 3x10 setup so presume I need a mid cage and I'd like one with a clutch to reduce chain slap.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thanks.

have a current model XTR shadow+ long cage - used but in v good condition.

Confirming what xmas said, you will need a long cage.
