CTMBC club meeting

Hi all it's been a while since we had an official meeting and there is a few things to discuss

Meeting will be atthe Wang Bowlies

1. Joel Willis has made the Australian Junior DH team for selected world cups.
He did 2 world cups of his own bat with the team last year and this year has asked if we are able to do some fund raising to help him cover costs. Joel has been a club member since he was about 8 and has represented us at state and National DH races for many years, often racing up age groups and still stepping on the podium.

In the past we have supported juniors with straight donations. I also have a few ideas for fund raising activities that may be appropriate

2. Random draw prize. Phil has a great prize offer and we want to discuss purchasing it and how we give it away (random draw is suggested with each entry to a 4 season race or club round buying you 1 entry)

3. Sheep Stations Fiddy K. It's coming up fast

4. As if the Rock and Road by Wild Horizons and bit of trail work is needed for both

5. Forest NSW hazard reduction burns. This may help the trail work or hinder us all together
