Need assistance regarding wheels/hubs

I am currently looking at buying a new set of wheels. Specifically a set of DTSwiss XR 1501 Spline One wheels (http://www.dtswiss.com/Wheels/MTB-Wheels/XR-1501...). My bike currently uses standard QR skewers/hubs front and rear. The dt Swiss wheels say that they include 5/100mm end caps on both front and rear wheels, but the rear hub is setup as 12x142. Will these end caps included with the rear wheel convert it from 12x142 to 135QR?

Also another set of wheels I was looking at is a set of Ibis 928 carbon wheels which have adapters to convert the rear wheel to 10x135QR. Will this work with standard quick releases as I thought QR was usually 5mm.
