Hi,
I have a 2016 Giant Trance 3 27.5, and are looking for the best air pressure for my shock and fork. They are Rockshox monarch R and Rockshox Sektor Gold
Age: 14
Weight: 45kg
Height: 5ft 6inch
I ride single track and Enduro.

I usually adjust air pressure to get 25-30% sag. You may need a mate to help.
I haven't checked the vid as we're about to head out the door for dinner but these guys are usually pretty good with their advice.

Edit: I'm partway thru. He's saying 20% sag in the front. If you're riding really aggressively that will certainly help stop you blowing though your stroke on the bigger hits but on my 100mm travel Lefty it is way too harsh. It is very much an individual preference thing, and will vary between forks as well, depending on the damping.
