Is there any guide to what pressures to put in the front and rear shock

I'm riding a Yukon FX and weigh about 80kgs, mainly riding the dam.

Hi Hobbit, I don't know that bike but the general consensus is to go for around 30% sag on a modern bike with around 4-5" or travel. Give or take considering the riding you are planning and what sort of rear suspension you have (propedal etc).

You could check your manual too, it should have the exact figures you need.

For what its worth.

I'm around 87kg

Front shock RockShox PIKE 454 @ 130 psi
Rear shock Manitou 3-way also @ 130 psi

Good luck

If you go on the manufactures web site they generally have the set-up guides in easy to find locations. They'll point to in the right direction of pressure and initial settings.

The Fox one is really good (best I've used so far IMO).
