Just got back from a ride and have no front brake. Could I have lost all the fluid ? I've got little pressure, the pads still come onto the rotor when the lever is depressed, but the lever goes all the way to grip !

Any suggestions ?

Sounds like fluid to me, I would check you have enough in the master cylinder and re-bleed.

Did the lever get pumped while the bike was upside down?
If so you could try wrapping some wire around the lever and hold it all the way in over night, this will allow any trapped air to rise to the top of the system.

sounds like youve had the bike upside down. will need to have the lines bled as ladytoast mentioned.if they are shimano or magura you can do it yourself easy without a special kit.

Cheers Ladytoast & PIVOT MACH 5 !

Checked levels and fluid is very low. Had bike inverted during trip home from mid north coast, I'd say thats the reason. Will do as you both suggest, probably will need to bleed.....

Thanks again
