i hooked into the forks opened them up , washed them all nice and clean, put some enduro seals in, the only question? is motul fl fork oil any good or is there an alternative

I used Silkolene 7.5 fork oil- $20 for a big bottle from the motorbike shop- works just fine.
I believe the 'weight' is the important thing- too thick and the rebound will be too slow, too runny & it wont work properly.
