Glenbrook station carpark.
OK, after talking about it for ages, I'm not going to go all the way and all the way back again. I'll do one way this time and perhaps do the double next week.
Meeting at Glenbrook carpark at 10:00 to take the 10:23 train up to Wentworth falls. From there we ride along the road the do Andersons, then onto The Oaks to the end. Simple. If you are going to be late please ring my mobile (check my profile for the number).
The pace will be "firm and steady" or "quick and constant" (well as I write this I'm thinking it will be). It is a training ride, so every hill will be ridden and the rock garden will be smashed.
Take lots of water (there is a tap half way), money for the train and pies, lots of spares and your phone.

Thanks Dylan and Paul, was a great ride today. After managing all the climbs today I'm very impressed with the progress I've made with my training over the last few months.
The temperature was perfect for the ride today, the rain held off for the ride and started just as we were packing the car.
