Our BMCC Staff contact has advised that he has arranged for IMBA director Nicholas Bowman to conduct a preliminary site visit as part of potential engagement for design consideration of either or both the XC network and DH track @ Knapsack.

As Nic will be in Sydney as part of the WSMTB/NPWS soil erosion workshop on the 14Aug10, He agreed to a site visit.

BMORC intends to provide GPS marked maps to help with the site visit and to kick start the design and assessment phases. Proposed maps will be provided at some stage this week for comment. Apologies for the short notice and shorter review period

Soren has opened the site visit to all BMORC riders available on the 16Aug10 (Monday). Come along if you are available.

I will confirm exact times closer to the date

Hi Al,

Nice work, will try and see if I can get time off from work to meet you guys at Knapsack on 16th August. And will also book in to do the course on 14th Aug.

This is definitely a great positive in the development process for Knapsack! I'll see what's happening with work that week. Not looking great for attendance for me though, as I'm pretty sure our product conferencing is happening that week.

Will keep an eye out!
