This includes some stuff I'm doing for some "friends" ... I really like the white & red, but its not practical for riding IMO ... Maybe a Blue L/S with the rider/BMORC logo and Blue Mountains Off Road Cyclists (underneath) on front (and BMORC on the shoulders / sleeves)
I was thinking for a T-shirt ... white with Mogs red "rising cog over the 3 sisters design"
may that "rising cog" as a pocket on front ... and the Tim's rider with blurb on the back a la the jersey ... all on a white Tee.
don't mind my poor edits with the black collars (looks a little like a bowling shirt)

I like your colour edits on the rider logo, may look good on blue.
Nerf, May I suggest you open up a free account with Photo Bucket so you can upload your pictures there. Then you can copy and paste the html codes directly into this comment window to show the pics. This way it saves you creating a new thread each time. Its very easy.
