The 15th of Jannuary is shaping up to be an exciting day for BMORC,
all the organisation for the day is falling into place.

A big thanks to Nick Bowman from IMBA Australia for chasing up the insurance to cover the volunteers on the day.

Pastoral Prime at Emu Plains for a good price on the 800 Sausages, we are cooking on the day.

The good people at Bunnings for supplying the gas, BBQ and shelter.

So now a few weeks out I am in the process of getting the drinks and the other bits and peices, like onions and tablecloths, also the plastic tubs to put all the bits and peices in.

Does anyone know of someone who has access to a mobile coolroom that we can rent at the right price?

We have 9 volunteers for the day so far, but I was hoping for more so please if you have not already registered then do so, then we can have a better idea of how things will run on the day.

The banner is coming along I purcahsed the cloth last night and then ironed the hems with a special cloth to seal them (real men don't sew lol) and then sketched the logo and painted it in with acrylic paint, a little bit of glitter trim as well, think I might work on the rider a bit I only roughed him in and reckon I need to scale him a bit better, not bad sign writing for a truckie! Check the photo!

I figured we just get those cheap colored tickets from the news agent. Customer writes their name and number on the inside stub and they keep the outside stub. $2 each or 3 for $5

Volunteers are a bit thin on the ground

Really appreciate your efforts, volunteer labour is thin on the ground this time of year and I cant thank you enough!
