BMORC visiting Mt Annan & Kessel Run
End of Ulmarra ave, Camden South.
Despite the good weather today we are taking the advice to postpone this ride for a later date.
A few good men will be coming down from the Mountains for a social ride.
2 rides planned.
The first will be the Kessel Run (Camden) at 8am meet. This is an out and back ride (12.6km total). Estimated duration is around 2hrs.
Second is Mount Annan, Gates open at 10am. Meet in the Car park near trailhead ideally around 10:15am. May be later depending on Kessel Run duration and relocation.
I dont know Kessel Run and a Local or 2 are welcomed to be Tour Guides. Always good to have a local insight and chat. It is a social ride after all.

We may have to post pone due to wet weather.
The Forcast does not look good. 70% chance of rain.
Even if its only a shower, if the track is wet the Botanical Gardens will have the track closed.
The two bridges on the Kessel Run will be dangerous with the wet weather. Probably a good idea to cancel.
Sounds good to me, I'm best man at my mates wedding this Sat so couldn't make it.
Prep not looking good for the 1st Choco foot round next weekend with all this rain. Might have to man up and tough it out in the rain on the hardtail.
Even without taking the bridges into account, Kessel Run gets super greasy when damp anyway. LOTS of tree roots.
Where exactly is the track at Mt Annan?
Inside the botanic gardens.
Mt Annan is the suburb next to Narellan.
Mount Annan Botanical gardens is located on the Corner of the Hume Highway and Narellan Rd. The main gate is on Narellan Rd. The Trailhead is right down tthe back of the Gradens and the track runs parrallel to the Highway.
The easiest way to get there from the Mountains is straight down the Northern Rd, 30mins from Penrith.
