World Cup Downhill..round 4..Mt St Anne
Round 4 is upon us this sunday the 24th, the race itself is broadcast through red bull, rocky roads, they promise more cameras from this round onwards, we'll see though!
So the" Mt" is an old school type of downhill, its not overly steep, its long, with open fast parts of track, followed by very technical parts, this goes on all the way down the mountain, it was won by "the Gwin" in 2011, but i suspect competition will be a touch fiercer this time around, for a start, Hill is back, Stevie Smith loves this place, Minnaar should also figure, never ever discount our Blue Mountains brethren in Bryn Atkinson, in that breath, his prettier half should go well in the ladies, along with Tracey Hannah, both are expected to figure in the podium!
So tune in on sunday late, for what looks likely to be a pivotal round of racing!
Race report will follow on monday!

A few more cameras would be welcome...Fort William they may as well just shot a photo of each rider, it was useless for watching the riding.
Sam will be good at this one I think.
Don't forget Danni Beecroft riding as well! Her first WC round, riding for Pivot Cycles!! I reckon it'll be Danni & Tracey, one & two on the podium!
Well Gab, i have got my people to liase with Canada's people, they in turn have liased with some underworld types, who have in turn contacted Mt St Anne itself, who have liased with all racers and have been told that Danielle and Tracey will be on the podium, some of the french girls complained about BMORC involving itself in downhill racing and trying to threaten and bribe officials, most saying "cest par les vous sacre bleu" which means up yours pal, so i think they will be trying hard....maybe!
Danielle i believe is nearly a mountains girl, coming from the Riff!, which i suppose makes her a mountains chicky, so come on Danielle, kick arse and take no prisoners, hopefully our contacts will let down some tyres and loosen some nuts!
Have to make sure I watch the women's then... hopefully they broadcast it... Cheer for Danielle because she is local and up and coming, then Tracey and sorry, but then Jill as she was kind of local but not as much as the others but still more than the rest of the opposition.
So far this year RedBull has been broadcasting the Top 10 Ladies. So of course we'll see Danny & Tracey!
