Should just be able to fit 2 laps in with the amount of gas bagging we get upto
I'm going to be in Adelaide on that day, sorry, otherwise I'd be in.
It's been over a decade since I've been to the Dam.
Have fun, I'll be away,a never been to Manly Dam.
I'd be there but it's my sisters wedding. Enjoy BMORCians.
and this time I don't plan to miss the turnoff!
Top ride today, forgot how good the dam can be. Will scour the ride database and post up the next one soon.
Another great Gilbo organised BMORC ride. Really enjoyed the technical sections, and next time I'll make it up that three step section. Great weather too.
[Edit] Some highlights.
1. Three riders crashing due to spectator pressure??
2. Jim feeling tied while watching Chuck attempted(time and time again) to clear the three steps.
3. Trims front tyre blowing out a simple roller at the 19th hole.
4. David wishing he had a dully on the downhill sections of the dam loop.
5. Gilbo losing concentration at the start of the second lap due to a dog walker. Luckily it was a simple firetrail section.
6. The guy fixing his tyre while his mates sat on an old lounge that was put out for Council clean up.
7. One of Rob and Chars Muni mates taking a dive. Ouch!! He looked okay though.
8. Gilbo keen to keep riding and not take a longer rest.
9. Gilbo recommending Chuck wear Lycra so his baggies don't get caught on the saddle.(Haha, no chance no matter the pain)
10. The after party lunch at Simply Chickens in Seaforth.
Jim riding the Intermediate line

Just remembered the GoPro2 has a burst shot mode for photos, I should have used this today rather than trying to time my photo taking.
Yep, sure was a good day...even though I burped the front and missed the chicken!
suggestions for the next jaunts ... Kentlyn, Welby, A little secret trail that will scare you a little (North), and a visit to Wollongong ... maybe further south too
