Ok this is a bit more full on and probably not suited for the kids.
Some awesome MTB trails though. Real MTB with up hills and down hills, some challenging sections and some very fun sections. Some pushing.
Anyway thought we'e make a day of it. get out for a blast at Mt York before grabbing the kids and heading to Rydal http://ctmbc.net/node/39362

Hey guys I can't make it. Just too much xmassy stuff happening. Bummed. Enjoy
Nice loop with good folk though I suffered big time for the first 1/2 of ride for some reason lucky the social pace was on and the Stapos kept flatting to give us an excuse to catch our breaths.
