The Great news is, we have 4 Volunteer Trail care days scheduled for the upcoming months. On top of this already great news is BMCC have hired Adrian from Synergy Trails to lead the Volunteer days.

All we need now is the Volunteers to help do some digging!!!

Our first trail care day will be on the Saturday 27th of September and will focus on the Down Hill trail.

The following 3 dates are Monday 13th of October, Saturday 1st of November and Saturday 22nd of November. These days will most likely be focused on the Cross Country trails.
Part of the Cross Country works includes cutting new trails to formalise the loop as seen signposted at the gates.

We need to know asap if you can attend by emailing contact@bmorc.com or clicking on the I'm coming link in the Event calendar entries.

Without volunteers the trail care days will be cancelled and that means no new singletrack, so please put a date aside to come and help build some single track.

I can't commit 100% to the Monday XC build day yet but I'm pretty positive I will be there.

Monday actually went quite well. Seems for each Synergy person they really only need 3 or so volunteers with each of them. So it seems we had enough people this Monday to get quite a lot of work done.

If its more cost effective for council to run things on a weekday then maybe this is a good thing!

We had eight volunteers today. That must be a record for a typical workday Monday.

They must have nice bosses to let them go out and do trail work!

The photos look good and looks like you got some nice work done. Can't wait for the next working day to fix up some more bits.
