Does anyone know if this track is CX friendly?

Depends what your version of CX friendly is.
I would say that a cruise pace its ok, I definitely wouldn't be pinning it on a CX here. There are sandy sections and loose rocky sections that would need extra care. The back side of Rileys Mountain is very steep and loose so extra care is needed there. There are sections where I would pin it on the mountain bike but on the CX I would be taking it careful.
There is some horse single track at Rileys that may be interesting on the CX.
