Hey all,
Looking for some training for the Doctor? Looks like its time for an Oaks up and Back. This will be a medium paced to ride with no dithering around - however if the roid boys do decide to come then there might be two groups and they can just leave later!
Should be a good ride - I haven't done the oaks in ages!

Bit of a physical challenge - pretty happy with that 18.3Km/h average here.

Made it up the silly rock hill (the tough one above the Helipad) with no dabs - that was nice (notice the HR spike!). Let's see how we back up tomorrow!
after many road rides including a good flogging(136.4km) today with steve and sean(thanks again for waiting!) i will unveil the new and improved gazza once the warm weather arrives!
