Regular week night rides
Are there any guys who want to start a regular weeknight ride in Knapsack? The reason for this is for guys like me who don't get home in time to get in a daylight ride and also leave home too early but don't want to sit in spin classes at night. Offroad night riding is not a good idea by yourself so a bit of company would be good.
I was thinking Wednesday night as Tuesday and Thursday nights are not convenient for me anyway. Friday is a going out night and Monday too close to the Sunday epic.
I was thinking around 7.00 PM which gives most the chance to get home and grab their gear, Any takers?

I'm in! I've been heading over there straight after work as it is. Time is flexible for me, anytime from 5:30pm would suit.
Sounds good - Wednesdays work for me.
Well its a bit far away for me to be regular but I would try and pop along every so often... it also would be a lot warmer in winter in Glenbrook than winter rides in the upper mountains.
Where do we meet??
Meet at the small parking area opposite no 30 Barnet street. It is about 50 metres from the end of the street. I will drive up and be there a bit before 7.00 PM.
Be good to see a few bods up there.

Yeah and I did think of that, but there's a good hour just before kick off.
Plus, it looks like rain.
Forgot the footy but riding comes first. Ride Footy and Beer, what a night.
Obviously if it is raining tonight the ride will not be on. I will be there if it stops though. Next week looking good then.
Bumping this up for this Wednesday but I will be in Newcastle so will miss out then and Thursday. I can ride Tuesday night if the weather is fine?
I had a late afternoon ride around Knapsack today and it is quite good in the wet. The tracks are very firm and not sloppy at all so the rain has not caused any issues that will stop riding.
Hi guy's. I'm keen to get onto some of these mid week rids. Im only in Emu Plains so nice and close and I ride the Knapsack area often. No good for me this Wednesday though as I working.
Vinno, I was up there myself today around lunchtime and the tracks seem to have not been affected by the rain. Damp but still hard under the tyres.
Vinno. I can do Tuesday night this week. Just let me know.

Hey guys, this thread is quickly going to become unmanageable. Why don't you clone the calendar entry from last week or... erm... if it's the ride tomorrow at Knapsack you're talking about... bump the one that exists?
