If anyone is keen we're hoping to hit up Mt York next Tuesday....
Considering I haven't been on the bike for about 3 weeks I'll be hurting....

That almost makes it tempting as the pace may be a little tamer... unfortunately I have barely been on a bike too for the last six weeks.
Will keep it in mind though.. really want to head up MT York again but I have to get over a tummy lurgy first.
