9.30am ... help setup BBQ
10ish split into groups (DH walk or XC loop)
11ish BBQ and general Q&A on next steps
12 to 1pm finish off and pack
Thus far I'm only counting on a small turn out so please post your intention of coming along particularly for Food prep, by Wednesday 23rd otherwise your bring your own.

should be good for this not moving house yet.
I am just looking nervously at the weather... hopefully the rain can stop and dry things out before then.
I have bbq in car allready and tongs oil stand etc etc, weather is looking grim, my works have just tentatively requested me to work, didnt give an answer, worst case scenario is Mark maybe pick up this bbq and stuff, sits on the back seat of any car, i use it at 24hr races etc, but hoping that i dont work, looking forward to turning snags and gossipping!
Yeah - weather will be the issue. I can grab the BBQ on the way down if no one else can get there. Let me know Todd.
Yeah we have decided to cancel this as after the last week's serious rain and the forcast not really showing much of a chance for it to dry out.
This will be rescheduled for probably early next year.
No worries Mark, i will put up hand for sausage turner next time!
