we were really hungry at the end of the ride last time and as it was quite late and up that way isn't known for being a mecca for activitiy and food it would be nice if everyone brought nibbles to have with our beer in the car park - cool hey!

Dude... aren't Shimano and SRAM rear derailleurs incompatible due to the latter having this 1:1 actuation thingo? I believe fronts are fine, but not rear.

I have a spare 'less than perfect' X9 you are welcome to borrow. It is less than perfect, but up to you to decide if that's better than none.

I'd love to (the last two were great), but I did the 10km Corporate Games race this morning (in pouring rain, at Parramatta) and everything hurts - even my shoelaces (which are now drying outside) still hurt!!! I did contemplate taking the train and doing the down run, but even that would be too hard.

Have fun...

There's the Panthers Club in Glenbrook. On the other side of the Hwy. Ice cold beers and BIG RSL portions, great after you've come off a long ride.
