trail fairies
Trail fairies have been very at Rydal busy again.
The rain wasn't really soaking in but should do the dug jumps and berms a bit of good
Lincon and Stevie have put in big efforts. Me and Tallis did some more digging. Todd was ripping in too. Richard plans to head out again tomorrow.
I meant to take the camera out to get some pics but completely forgot,
Again if any one has time to do a bit of raking, whipper snipping and sculpting just head on out and do your best.

Nice racing
here's the write up I submitted to Lithgow radio and the various papers from Lithgow Bathurst Blue Mts and this week Orange. I know Lithgow been running them so hopefully the other are too.
With competitors coming from as far afield as Wentworth Falls, Orange and Mudgee the Stella Maris Mining Services/Centennial Coal weekly Tuesday evening cross country mountain bike races held near Rydal are fast becoming the CTMBCs most popluar series ever.
With a friendly vibe and close racing on a fun but challenging track it's proving to be a great way to spend a Tuesday afternoon.
2011 Summer Series Rydal #10
From the highway come into Rydal and take a sharp left after crossing the railway. Follow the dirt road up past the houses. *Please* Be mindful of the locals, they bought places here to get away from the rat race so take it slow and keep noise to a minimum.
At the top of the hill take the left fork and follow the road past the cemetery.
With thanks to Stella Maris Mining Services and Centennial Coal we will be continuing the weekly Tuesday night races on the new trail at Rydal.
