Thinking of doing the Oaks for the first time in years.
Is the start of the singletrack easy to spot ?
You get to the closed gate at the bottom the fire trail
There's a big sign and a trail to your left (easy to see) and unsealed road straight ahead
Take the left trail by the sign
And if it's the weekend there will be quite a few people hanging about there anyway
If you mean the new singletrack
You just keep following this and it eventually leads directly to the new stuff
The first part of the singletrack is not changed

I'm not sure if this singletrack existed 10 or so years ago in my first MTB life.
Will be keen to check it out

But it's definitely the highlight of the Oaks
The first part is FAST (and hope it stays fast after the rebuild)
The new 2nd part is FUN

Heading up there on Sunday for the first time hope to get a early start not sure what time train we are getting .
There single trail has been there for many moons but has "evolved" a fair bit to what it was 10 or 15 years ago
